Roger has been my in-home trainer for more than 6 years and he has been instrumental in keeping my (now) 80-yr old body strong, lithe and healthy. 3 years ago, I had a hip replacement; for the months leading up to surgery, Roger worked with me to strengthen my core to help with balance and then adapted workouts to help in the healing process after surgery. 2 years ago, after brain tumor surgery, Roger continued working with me to improve my balance. I believe my quick recoveries were a direct result of Roger’s attention to the exercise regimens he designed.
